Exchange 2k3 multi-thread mbx move?

EE,

I'm wondering how to do multiple threads within Exchange 2010 much like how 2003 was able to?

I'm having a problem with one of the enclaves exchange move mailbox extremely slow, others were also slow but not as bad. Exchange seems to perform a single mailbox at a time. Any way to either increase this or increase the throughput?

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
