I'm wondering how to do multiple threads within Exchange 2010 much like how 2003 was able to?<br />

I'm having a problem with one of the enclaves exchange move mailbox extremely slow, others were also slow but not as bad. Exchange seems to perform a single mailbox at a time. Any way to either increase this or increase the throughput?<br />
