VS 2010 projects with different .Net Framework versions

Hi experts,

Is it possible to have only one Visual Studio 2010 solution with two projects, one using the .Net Framework 2.0 and another using the .Net Framework 4.0?

Yes it is OK to do that, you need to change the target .NET Framework as shown below:
