importing spring maven hellow world project

Hi,

I am trying hard for almost 1 week to run simple hello world example on my local eclipse.

http://www.srccodes.com/p/article/24/spring-3-mvc-framework-based-hello-world-web-application-example-using-maven-eclipse-ide-and-tomcat-server

I am getting all kinds of weird errors. I see source code has been provided already. How do i import the source code in one stroke so that i do not need to go through rough rough route. please advise
