Does anyone know a way to change the Send/Receive options from Outlook from the server?

Hi Experts,

Now my Exchange 2010 is distributing the OAB between the CAS servers on every hour.
If I force the download of the OAB in Outlook by going to "Send/Receive Groups" and "Download Address Book" I can see the latest changes done a hour ago.

However I do not want to force from the client. I want to have this process running by itself.
I know if I go to "File/Options/Advanced and 'Send/Receive'" I can create a new group name and schedule to download the OAB.

But I do not want to do this on every single Outlook machine in my company.

I have been trying to find a solution and I have played with the SRS files. But If I copy it to "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook" it will not do the work correctly as Outlook creates a new temp SRS.

Does anyone know a way to change the Send/Receive options from Outlook from the server?
I am not if if this could be done in Exchange or even by replacing a "standard" file via SCCM.

I've gotten this request before and unfortunately there's no way to do this. By default, Outlook in cached mode downloads the off-line address book every 24 hours (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841273) and there's no way to change that automatic download frequency. It is certainly possible as you mentioned to manually download the OAB from the client but there's no automated way from the Exchange server to make it download more frequently.

There are some changes you can make using the Office Customization Tool: http://qiningblog.blog.com/2012/04/11/configure-the-send-receive-settings-in-outlook-2010/.

I wish Micrsoft could help us on that.
Allowing to deploy the SRS.
