Windows 2012 RDS Session Based Desktop

This is my first time setting up RDS on Windows 2012. I did a small amount of terminal servers in the past. I have gotten to the point of publishing an app but what i was is a remote desktop (I do not really want VDI). I want what we used to call Terminal Server. See the screen shot this is where I am at. What I need is the Session Based Desktop and I cannot figure out how to get there. Please help. Thank you.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
