Panasonic PA Server

Hi,

I have a problem with Panasonic PA Server Pro. It starts up and works if I log into the server and start the executable, but as soon as I close the RDP session, it closes the .exe and stops working. Its running on Server 2003. I have checked all the services that are needed for this all to run and set them to LocalSystem. I have made sure all the services start after a reboot and they do. But once the RDP is disconnected the programs quits out and logs any one off thats connected!

Thanks
Luke

What you need to do is connect to a console session using your RDP client. This can be done by:

1. Open your RDP client and instead of just typing the server name or IP address you need to put a /admin or /console after the server
2. /admin is for Vista RDP clients and forward where /console is used for XP back.

(IE. server /admin)

This will start a console session that should stay active when you disconnect. Let me know if that works and if it doesn't we can look into some other timeout options.
