Wordpress , iframe with description is not aligned properly?

I have this code to display video from youtube (iframe) and description near in next column.. but it looks below the description. How can I fix this?

your iFram is hard coded to
height="315" width="450"
so there is not enough room for the words to be next to it.
reduce the width until it all fits.

 should remove
<div valign="top"...> pair  the valign in the <td... should be enough
Yes by all means get rid of the valign  attribute on the div, it is not valid.  if it still has a problem post a link to the page because there is probably something else in the page causing the irregular alignment.
