How to show the title on upper-left corner in a spreadsheet

In default, the spreadsheet sheet directly shows the title of the sheet on the left lower corner as a tab. Could any guru please show me how to show it on left-upper corner as a single page. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. However, what I wanted is the title in top-left page, but not in any cell. I tried to draw it

The default:

Want:

I saw it, but just don't know how to get there. It should be a few clicks to get there.

You mean you want to show the sheet tab on top of the columns not under ?

Yes. However, it does not seem that the full tabs of sheet titles can show on the top. What i saw/wanted is that the title shows on a sheet and no title tabs under. Thanks

Very sorry I passed the wrong info. On the sheet top-left corner, it shows the spreadsheet file title (not the sheet title like Sheet1). For example, I have a file called test.xlsx and it will show on the top left corner of the sheet without the Sheet title tabs.
I could not test the SheetCaption.xlsm here.

What do you mean why you could not test it ? You need to activate macros to test it.
