Hello guys,
Recently we started facing this issue that whenever a supervisor logs into CSD, after a while he receives a message saying: "Another supervisor just logged in with the same ID you are logged in with. You will be logged off and the Supervisor Desktop will close".
What I have noticed is that when a new supervisor logs in to CSD, it kicks the already logged in supervisor out of CSD with the above message and vice verse. But all supervisors have unique ID's and extensions.

Sounds like a software bug! as last resort or to save time you could just reboot the server.

Dear Team,

Restarting the server is fixing the issue but till now we didnt find any solution for that.
We are not able to open a tac case for this because there is no valid contract with CISCO for this device.

Do Cisco need a contract for reporting a bug? this issue seems to be wide spread in this software! They need to fix it without getting people to pay for their stuff.
