We have SQL Server installed in one domain and Exchange in another domain. We are using sp_send_dbMail to send notifications of a job failure. When we include direct email addresses, the emails are sent and received. When we email to an Exchange group, the emails are sent without any errors, but they are not received. We are specifying the address as: group@domain.net. The Exchange group is set for no message size limits and “From Everyone” for both users and groups. Of course the group works from Outlook. Could there be a setting Database Mail profile I missed?
