We are using exchange 2013, and some users use OWA. We are unable to drag, move, copy etc emails from their inbox to public folders (pf's are mail enabled). You have to specifically email from one location to the other which becomes cumbersome when you have to move many emails especially at once. It seems when you try to copy and move there is a move button when you go to move it to the public folder itself, however the &quot;move&quot; button is unavailable to click. Any suggestions? We have already installed CU1.
