KMS on 2 domain controllers?
Hi.
We will need to activate a KMS server on our network, to handle Windows 7 and Office 2010 licenses on VM's. (I know nothing about KMS except what I've read on the Internets.)
We have 2 Domain Controllers, and ideally would like to activate KMS on both, in case one is down for an extended period of time.
Is this possible, considering I'd need to activate the same Windows 7 Volume License on two different KMS ?
(also, on a related topic, our MS software vendor said there is a Windows 7 volume license, but not one for Office 2010 -- this doesn't sound right, does it? )
-- thanks

Ok -- I'll give it a try on Wednesday. We have 2 domain controllers for testing.

OK, I will have to check the entries in Active Directory. Do you know if the same KMS key gets installed on each of the KMS servers? I understand that they are separate entities, each with a DNS entry, but I imagine somehow I can enter the same KMS key on both ...
