Cannot browse in either IE or Chrome. &nbsp;Ping public sites OK. &nbsp;User saying uninstall 'some program'. &nbsp;Not much information. &nbsp;Restoring to the previous restore point didn't help. Tries twice to the previous and first restore point.<br />

Windows 8 - Cannot Browse web.  PING OK.

Windows 8 is a personal computer operating system developed by Microsoft as part of the Windows NT family of operating systems, with an emphasis on improving its user experience on tablets.
