multiple domain for single email address/mailbox

We have our main domain, we'll call it  and we have a mailbox with this domain, we'll call it

But we also have bad spelling variations of that domain, like:

We were advised by our domain/email host that we'll need to create a forwarding address for each of the bad spelling domains to forward to the correct main domain.  This obviously involved a lot of overhead.  is there a simpler way to accomplish this, maybe through dns settings?

Pretty simple actually:

If you own those domains you can point the MX records to your mail server and then you need to create the aliases for each of your users so that they will get the mail that comes in for those alternate email addresses.

We have done this for a lot of our clients that for example have:

or whatever you have. It is pretty easy to configure.

It depends on the mail server.

Exchange is easy as you can add the domain to the server and create a rule to add the additional email addresses.

Other systems may require you to add the aliases by hand.
