On SBS 2011 we pluged in a Tandberg 8660 RDX device. However in the device managed it shows as unknown USB device. Windows update could not find any drivers for it. I installed all avaible applications from Tandberg website - they does not help at all. Also no driver is avaible there.

Any ideas, please ?

Thank you,

Is your plan to use this for native SBS backup and does this unit use "cartridges" that you swap?  If so, even if you find drivers for it, SBS will not see it as an acceptable destination for backups.
