Outlook 2011 could not synchronize record

Hello,

Outlook 2011 for mac connected to Exchange 2010 SP3 , receiving for error for various items: Could not synchronize record with error code: 19707

I've searched on google and did not find much about 19707 error, trying to recreate the identity did not help as well, does anyone have experience with this and can help solve this issue?

Seems that after letting the sync finish (took 2 days due to large mailbox) the error msg stopped repeating itself.
