Go to the Windows Store. Download and Installation is fully automatic. I did it last weekend and had no problems.

If you are currently running Windows 8 Enterprise and would like to move to Windows 8.1 Enterprise:
Download your Windows 8.1 Enterprise media from the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC). Please note that Windows 8.1 Enterprise cannot be updated from the Windows Store; it can only updated using media obtained from the VLSC. Learn more about Window 8.1 general availability.

You can download Windows 8.1 from Microsoft if you have a volume licence.  Its also on TechNet.
