Generating event ID 15000 Source; BlackBerry MDS Connection Service for every Minute

Hi
We are getting a lot of Below Events to our Black Berry Server continually after every 1 minute.

Also we are getting below Error Event for same  server.

Have you reviewed this KB? You did not mention the version of server you are running, but the instruction for 5.0 are in the last paragraph. It does not stand out like the previous versions.

I think this KB is for BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.0 and 4.1.
WE are having BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express version 5.0.
Please advice.
