If you use POP3 on Outlook, and (you must) use IMAP on the smart phone, then you need to go to Outlook settings, Advanced Settings and check (select) the setting that says &quot;Leave Mail on the Server&quot;. &nbsp;Once you do that, mail will stay on the server and you can then get email on the smart phone. <br />

This works. I use this method myself with my iPhone. <br />
