I have an SSIS 2008R2 package that is failing with the below error message:

[SSIS.Pipeline] Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_PRIMEOUTPUTFAILED.  The PrimeOutput method on component "opis_rfm" (343) returned error code 0x80040E21.  The component returned a failure code when the pipeline engine called PrimeOutput(). The meaning of the failure code is defined by the component, but the error is fatal and the pipeline stopped executing.  There may be error messages posted before this with more information about the failure.

Question:  What the heck is a PrimeOutput(), and how to I resolve this?  A Google search did not return anything meaningful.

opis_rfm is a text source connection to a .csv file.
