Should i backup MAIL,CONTACTS AND CALENDARS on icloud?<br />

i am moving from iphone 5 to iphone 5s . once i do the restore i can install my company exchange email on the new iphone 5 s and the contacts ,calendars will be there.<br />
<br />
But if i backup mail,contacts and calendars and then restore it , won't there be duplicates if i configure the exchange email setup on the new phone.
