What kind of error do you get?  Does QB install without error?

Are QuickBooks, the Server Manager and the Company data file all installed in the same partition on the Server (different folders)?

You may need to upgrade to QB Enterprise, but I thought regular QB would work.  You can install regular QB in Terminal Server but I have not tried Citrix.
