See more than email and phone in ActiveSync Global Address List?

When looking up a contact using the ActiveSync Global Address List on an iPhone, there's only limited data that is available such as email, phone number and title.

When I look up the same contact in the GAL using Outlook, there are a number of other fields available such as Address, Office and Department.

Is there any way to get these to display through ActiveSync as well?

Running Exchange 2010, but if the answer changes for Exchange 2013 I'd like to know that as well. Thank you.

The information available to you through ActiveSync is limited to ActiveSync - the underlying version of Exchange doesn't matter.
Therefore what you see is what you get.
