Sharing application on Windows server 2008 R2

I have install the software for a particular issue using a local admin.  Now I want domain user can use the application. How do I share them now?

Good Day

Install Application Server in Server Role in Server Manager

Add the Requered application to the shared list

Note the Program need to be able to run under client services.
