Email network credentials

We are currently running Exchange 2010 with Office 2010. We have a user that has the following devices:

IPad 2, Iphone 5C, Dell Laptop, Dell Desktop

Each device has asked various times for this user to re-enter her credentials as though she has never authenticated and asks repeatedly to re-enter them. Her IPad even goes as far as to stop working until she deletes her mail profile and re-adds it back in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

for the mobile devices, i would assume you have them linked on the internal wi-fi so as to have a connection to the internal network (not guest network) and in the Exchange profiles on the iOS systems, you would have your domain listed along side the username and pwd.

if these are added correctly, then there should not be a request for password until the user changes it on one of their Dell systems and the DC(s) synch, then Exch server should then prompt on the next mailbox access or opening of Outlook (in cached mode), again when Outlook does it (if you have Outlook Anywhere setup) you would enter the domain\username in the Outlook prompt box & tick save pwd, so it works when out of the office/off the LAN with the laptop.

the issue could be caused by one or more of the devices not been connected for a while and they might be out of sync -- is the users laptop and desktop running the same OS, or are they listed under different AD OU's or have different GPO policies set against them?

how well do the mobile devices work out of the office, do they get promoted when @ home?

Same OS on both devices and no on the OU and policies...

Cached mode has been both disabled and re-enabled due to the need for indexing.

When we delete her account on the IPad and add it again it appears to work and then a couple days to a couple weeks the problem re-surfaces.

our mobile devices are connected via our OWA address, as this is secure & encrypted.  we use cached mode also for laptop & remote users.

usually a mobile device can repeatedly ask for login creds if it has had an app crash or update interrupted (causing a loop) and can usually be fixed by restarting the device.  iPads can be reset by holding Home and Power for 10 sec to clear the block and allow you to edit your Exchange account.  Again usually caused by the AD password being changed and the device playing catch up (and not getting an Internet connection).  The issue is between iOS and Exchange, not sure if and when it will be addressed.

How often do the users have to change their pwd??  Does she have many issues with the Dell kit, as they are more likely to be tied to the LAN, I would hope not?
