ASUS TF300T Flash Firmware for Touch
Hello,
I'm trying to flash the firmware update for an ASUS TF300T because we replaced a broken digitizer. I found out how to flash the firmware, but I need to have the tablet rooted.
I have the tablet unlocked, but now in order to flash TWRP so it can bee rooted I'm running into issues.
When I load up TWRP by holding down Volume Down and Power I cannot run the installation for SuperSU because TWRP is apparently all touch based. Since my touch does not work, I cannot do it! I have a chicken and the egg issue here. How do I root this device without touch so I can install the firmware update to get the touch to work? Thanks in advance!

An alternative recovery project to TWRP is Clockworkmod, which comes as a touch and also as a non-touch version. See http://www.clockworkmod.com/rommanager

I have looked into CWR. The version I have downloaded and installed does work, but now I have the issue that it can't mount a directory or SD card. This obviously poses an issue since I cannot install SuperSu! Very frustrating indeed... maybe you're version will work better. Any other ideas before I can work on it tomorrow?
