Crystal reports list boxes

I have 40 Crystal reports that have dynamic list boxes.  Is there a way to run a report or a utility to give me a list of the selections that are in those list boxes?

No way that I know of.

Have you tried saving/exporting the report to Report Definition Format?
That may give what you want in a textfile format.  however you would need to do it for each report in turn.

There are 3rd-party tools that provide a cross reference that might work.  There is a list of them here
