hi experts,

I got this email today. what do they mean by that?

We're discontinuing the Web statistics bundled in your hosting account on November 22, 2013. If you're using the reports you must take action to save your data. You can view or download your reports while they are active. The reports will remain in your account for 30 days.

If you don't know what they are talking about then you probably never used them and so don't worry about it.
Many shared hosting companies have tracking on your site to log visitors (IP, date/time etc)
It's data you may use to tailor your website to your users.

Most people use better software like Google Analytics to track their visitors.
