Hi there,
Have been using SCCM 2012 for about few months now.
Questions:
-Where can I put my license number inside the SCCM 2012 configuration Manager?
-Is there any Service Pack available for SCCM 2012, how to install it? download link?
-Is upgrade to SCCM 2012 R2 an inplace upgrade or it is a new install?
I had this SCCM 2012 Virtual machine and it was working great today I turned it back on after months and I will be using it a lot.

Thanks.  I went into the sccms setup.  All programs, mic system center, config manager, config mgr setup. upgrade an existing........ is greyed out.
I clicked perform site maintenance, here I have no option for putting the serial numbers in.  Any thoughts?

I'd first look into the site server log files, see

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh427342.aspx#BKMK_LogLocation
"Site Server Installation Log Files"

I assume you've checked the permissions of the user you are using?
