Cannot Save Excel Files as xlsx in Office 2011 for Mac

Cannot save xlsx files in Office 2011 for Mac.

Getting the following error (also attached):

Document Not Saved

Any ideas please.

Happening on two different machines, can save as xls.

This excel file is in your machine or another server?
if any body access one file same time to can not modify and save .if file is in your system
try save as different name.

Thanks - saving as xls sorted but didn't fix xlsx.
