Ricoh scan to email failed

In our office , we have setup a new MFP i.e Ricoh Afficio 3035. We need to configure/ setup for scan to email functionality. We tried a lot, but no luck. Expert help need.

We are using IBM Lotuslive as our email provider.

I can see below log on web monitor of Ricoh 3035.
