Sending e-mail with a different e-mail address

I currently have a user who is set up on SBS2011.

There is 3 groups created which are sales, info and admin.

The user wants to be able to send e-mails out from sales but still be using his own Outlook account.

Is this possible?

Yes

Give SendAs rights on Sales to other Mailbox\Account and then in OUtlook enable FROM field and send email :)

Yes in EMC you can right click on the Mailbox and select action "Manage Send-As"
