Windows 2008 BackUp fails Error IDs 8193, 12290, 16387, 4100
Dear Experts,
We are running MS Server 2008 R2 and all works fine, but whenever we try to run a full Server Backup it fails and the following errors shows up in event viewer:
Event 1
EventID: 8193 (VSS)
Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine IVssAsrWriterBackup::GetDi skComponen ts. hr = 0x80070057, The parameter is incorrect.

Shadow copy creation failed because of error reported by ASR Writer. More info: The parameter is incorrect. (0x80070057).
Event 5
EventID: 4100 (Windows Backup)
Backup did not complete successfully because a shadow copy could not be created. Free up disk space on the drive that you are backing up by deleting unnecessary files and then try again.
The Shadow Copy is enabled and the service is set to manual.
We went though http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968128 but no avail
Any ideas?
