I have a Windows XP Pro SP3 and I want the users not to be able to use Windows Explorer at all. &nbsp;Is there a way to stop Windows Explorer from working??? &nbsp;Thanks!!!

I have a Windows XP Pro SP3 and I want the users not to be able to use Windows Explorer at all.  Is there a way to stop Windows Explorer from working???  Thanks!!!

Is there a way to turn off Windows Explorer?
