Getting Adwords Unique Ad Impressions

I'm using Google Adwords API with PHP for generating local reports. I've been reading the documentations but can't find any reference on how to get this value:

Unique Ad Impressions

Is this data available in the Google Adwords API at all? If yes, how can I get it? Currently the only available data regarding impressions is the one that counts all impression regardless whether it was served to a new unique user or not.

Also anyone knows the general percentage of unique ad impressions to total impressions? Example 50% of total impressions came from unique viewers, the other 50% are repeat viewers.

COBOLdinosaur, I've tried this but no data is shown for Reach and Frequency (Day, Week or Month) section. It's just giving me this message:

There are no statistics for the selected date range. Please select a different date range.

I've tried all the date range possible like:

- Today
- Yesterday
...
- Last Month
- All Time

But its not showing any data at all. Is there something I need to enable first for this to work? Our Adwords account has been active since 2006 so there should be a huge amount of data for this now.
