DVMP error on server 2012

I have Loaded DVMP on to an APP server running Windows Server 2012. I loaded DVMP to manipulate video and when i attempt to open the video I get and error screen that reads...

-ERRor Building Filter Graph-

-could not connect video from video discard to renderer-

-attempted to read buffered device data from a device that is not buffered- & there is no common media type between these pins-

I also attached the error i received. I'm assuming its because the server 2012 software is now build with very little if any support dll wise for anything outside the scope of Enterprise server usage. this is a PHYSICAL BOX not a VM

Also noted is that I already tried loading klite codecs to see if that was the problem to no avail.

If it helps I ran a process manager and attached is a file of activity.
