Quickbooks, user unable to work with company file others are logged into it

I have a user that cant access the company file when other users are connected to it. It seems to be a mismatch in the licensing. One user has a license for product 782-078 and the admin has 668-970.

Is there a way around this?

what is the error when attempting to connect?  Are they using the same quickbooks versions?

Hello,

I was able to resolve this issue. I used a hack found on their support pages.
