RDP 2008 R2 not working for more than 2 users

I have a Terminal server i cannot log in to it with more than 2 users even though the license server has 10 cal's i get attached message.

I see no "attached" message. It sounds like installed the RDS licensing role, but did you install the RD session host role AND configure it to know where the licensing server is located?

Yes i pointed it (ts-medact) to the license server (accountmate) and it sees the 10 cal's (on accountmate)error

I ended up solving this by installing RDP Licensing server and cal's
