Inside/Outside Public IP NAT Cisco ASA

I'm new to ASA 8.4..trying to a NAT from 1 server to an available public IP.

Server: 192.168.1.253

Public Outside IP of firewall: x.x.x.105 /29

I want to nat the server to x.x.x.107 and have all ports open.

Thanx!

Here you go

object network obj-192.168.1.253
   host 192.168.1.253
   nat (inside,outside) static x.x.x.107

By default all return traffic from outside is permitted

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Yes but some traffic is being initiated from a different network outside

In this case
access-list  outside_access_in extended permit ip any host 192.168.1.253
Access-group outisde_access_in in interface outside
