I have an SBS2011  running for a couple of years now - all good.
There are about 5 active users
I recently created a new user and that one new user cannot receive external email - internal domain email works.
All other users can receive email from anywhere...
This is usually very simple...
what am I missing?

Thank you for your efforts.!
