How to see all Tweets received by another user?

The below is not working.

"To see all tweets, from anyone, directed to a certain user, you can simply search for "@username". For example, try https://twitter.com/search?q=%40codinghorror to see all replies to Jeff Atwood."

I went to the first link and entered @................... (the name of John Doe for example)
It shows the guy has received no tweets in 3 hours, but I sent him one in the last 5 minutes. I can see my tweet to them.

What I want to see is proof that they got my tweet, which means I need to see all tweets they have received up to the present time, now matter how many 100's they may have received.
They are on a TV show from 12-1 and will not reply to anyone's tweet but I want to see every tweet they have received to know 100% that they got my tweet to them.

Sometimes there's just no solution, because it's technically not possible, or in this case, you depend on a third party semi-closed system.

Depending if you're talking about a direct message or a public tweet:

You already used all available tools. There are no other options available. Tweets are public, you search was the correct one. Depending on Twitter's search results is your only option. The results can also be manipulated, sometimes cutting off based on time, sometimes not showing what you're sure should be there, all at Twitter's own discretion.
If you are talking about Direct Messages, there's also no other option, these are supposed to be private, but are readily available in your DM box.

For both cases, they should've gotten it, but they could have easily read through it, or just ignored it. The 100% proof you're looking for is just not there, you'll just have to trust Twitter if you want to use Twitter.

So no one can see the tweets I have sent to others?
If they can see them all, how do I see someone elses?
That is the question.
I sent John Doe a tweet and desire to see all the tweets that John got.
I zero expected a reply as would the dozens of other's who sent John a tweet.
------------------------
There are situations where tweets are used to enter contest, etc. In those cases it is desirable to be able to see the tweet that they received from me.

Me seeing the ones I have sent is worthless to me in my account on or on my twitter page.
I want to see the tweets that THEY all got about a subject, and the one I sent them should be in the group too (for me to see and for everyone else to see)

Yes, I understand what you desire, but using the @ or # search is your only tool available. Twitter decides how it returns the results, even not showing your tweet, while you're certain you tweeted it.
