Hi Experts,

I am trying to configure my Exchange 2013 to use IMAP, for some reasons my exchange can only receive email but not sending mail out. I have used this website  https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com to test my IMAP and the result is Connectivity Test Successful (All Green)

I am using incoming mail port 993 (SSL) and outgoing mail port 465 (TLS).

All the ports above are opened. I have run command Get-imapsetting on my exchange 2013 and it point to correct SSL certificate.

Please advise where should I troubleshoot this problem. Thank you.

Regards,

3 ) If you are using any smarthost remove it and then try
4 ) check send connector permission
