Hi Experts,<br />

I am trying to configure my Exchange 2013 to use IMAP, for some reasons my exchange can only receive email but not sending mail out. I have used this website &nbsp;<a href="https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com" rel="ugc nofollow">https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com</a> to test my IMAP and the result is Connectivity Test Successful (All Green)<br />
<br />
I am using incoming mail port 993 (SSL) and outgoing mail port 465 (TLS).<br />
<br />
All the ports above are opened. I have run command Get-imapsetting on my exchange 2013 and it point to correct SSL certificate.<br />
<br />
Please advise where should I troubleshoot this problem. Thank you.<br />
