I unfortunately have a new pc that was a display model. It has the demo mode still running with the allison brown account.  The store it was from has no clue how to remove it.  I would reinstall but there is no key sticker on the laptop. its and Acer as well.  So any ideas?

Your Acer should have a recovery partition from which you can restore it to the factory defaults, using the acer utility "eRecovery". Within search enter Recover. Then click on "Acer Recovery Management" and after that "Restore Factory settings". The rest should be self explained. Make sure that if you already have any data saved on the PC, that you have it backed up before doing that!

As your PC didn't come with installation media, you should also create a recovery USB stick for the case your HD should die. For that you need a stick of at least 16GB size. This is also done in the same utility, but you would select "Create Factory Default Backup". You should do that as soon as possible, and then store the USB stick somewhere locked away in a safe place so it doesn't get overwritten!

The Acer Site has more details (and it should also be explained somewhere in your manual):
