Outlook calendar not sync in bb

we have tried reset the Blackberry password for the user, Hard reset the device,  resend service book, reload user, Wireless Synchronization ,.....still issue not resolved ...
the email is working fine(send/receive) , user unable to send the meeting invite from BB device.

Did you actually delete the user from the BES server and then add them back in again?

I suggest that you do that then.
Remove the user, wait 15 minutes or so for BES to remove them, then add it back in and reactivate the device.

Wipe the device , Remove the user from BB server  and reactivated …but still user  Calendar still will not sync, and I cannot create meeting notices from my BlackBerry.

Exactly what version of BES are you running? 5.0.x
What version of Exchange? If Exchange 2007 or higher, do you have the latest version of MAPI CDO.

Blackberry server version -  5.0.3
Exchange version -  Mixed environment  2007 and 2010, but user mailbox is in 2007 exchange server Exchange 2007 SP3  enterprise version.

Service book resent -done
Email Reconciliation -done
wirelessly synchronize  -done

any suggestions.
