I'm not sure I understand what you are asking for.

Are you asking for the pre-installation steps for a windows Server?

If so, I suggest the Oracle Installation Guide for Windows:
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/install.112/e24186/toc.htm

If this isn't what you are after can you provide more information?

Installing Oracle isn't a simple "run setup.exe and you are done".

You need to understand what you are doing.  Each installation is different.  There really isn't any way to provide detailed steps on the installation for your specific requirements.

Are you just wanting to know the minimum server requirements for Oracle on Windows?

Those are in the docs.

If you are looking for detailed steps, I suggest you hire an Oracle Consultant to come in and work with you directly.  If you have Support, your account team may also be able to help.  They will be able to gather the system requirements (number of users, proposed size of database, etc...) and assist you in coming up with hardware requirements.

All we can do here is offer loose suggestions based on what you tell us.

The prerequisites are in the doc link I posted.

If you cannot locate them, specifically what ones are you looking for?
