Cisco UCM 7.1 idivert button grayed out

Normally when someone calls my desk phone I have the option to press idivert which sends the call directly to my voice mail.  Very handy for dealing with persistent salespeople and so on!  But a couple of times now I have received calls where the idivert button is grayed out.  So I have the option to Answer of let it ring and ring.  Any idea why these calls could possibly have super powers to evade my call screening??

So the answer was found going to call logging and searching the records for the calling number.  It shows the call went to a hunt pilot number of which only I was a member. I had set it up for testing some time ago and forgotten to take it out. Mystery solved.
