Junk Email Filtering in OUTLOOK/Exchange
Hi,
We have a local ISP that hosts our email with Postini service. The way it used to work is incoming emails go to Postini service and get filtered/trapped first, then get forwarded to respective email accounts on ISP mail server. From time to time, I get an email notification to log in to my Postini account to check the emails trapped in my Postini account.
The situation is that Google purchase Postini and Google will not let ISPs to resell Postini service like in that past. So my local ISP is looking into alternative products such as McCafee, baracudda ... etc.
Meanwhile I need to prepare my users to effectively deal with a flood of virus-infected junk/spam emails that will be arriving throughout the day in their OUTLOOK.
That said, I like to be able to create rule for everyone once so that I don't have to create individual rules in every user's OUTLOOK. It would be too much work if I have to.
Can you help?
