TFS Build Multiple identities Error

Expert,

This is my first time try to make a build from TFS.
But I got an error:

Exception Message: Multiple identities found matching 'Fname LName'. Please specify one of the following identities:

Which version of TFS Server are you using?  My guess is 2012.

TFS 2012 Build error: Multiple identities found matching ‘User Name’.
