programs launches everytime we rdp in

i installed this random program to lock folder with a password and i removed it.  i put it on our server.  everytime someone rdp's in, it launches and has this login box.  how do i remove from registry so it does not load all the time?

It must have itself setup to automatically run for all users. You need to modify it to only automatically run for your profile.

What exactly is trying to start? Do you at least know the process that runs? It sounds like it never got removed to begin with...

Check Task Manager and/or Event Viewer, and see if you can track down at least the name of what's running. Then in Regedit, go to Edit > Find, and type it in and search through the reg for it.

we have found the program called alerter, its from our zocdoc program
