Issue: Replication Status of Public Folders Schedule + Free Busy Information data not available

I am trying to make free busy work between 2003 and 2010 and back. I used the following article to setup replica on the 2010 server, but it is still not working:
When I go the Exchange 2003 and click on Replication Status under Public Folder Store, it shows error data not available next to the "Schedule + Free Busy Information - domain" folder.

Please, advise.

There is a space after Database in the last and try to add it manually using ESM and check

The command was ran successfully.. I just modified it for this post. In addition, I manually added replica through ESM...still no free busy between 2003 and 2010 and vice versa
